Registration as a C4B Partner

Everything big starts small: After the registration new C4B partners receive all informations and possibilities to broaden their know-how about the XPhone solutions. This includes invitations to online presentations and exclusive partner news.

C4B Select Partner

C4B Certified Select Partner already broadened their know-how through online presentations or trainings. Furthermore they get free NFR (Not For Resale) licenses for their own use. Select Partners will be listed as qualified and certified sales partners on the C4B website after attending a presence training.

C4B Silver Partner

C4B Certified Silver Partner possess in-depth knowledge of XPhone CTI and/or Unified Messaging solutions, they can install and configure XPhone solutions, provide your customers with technical support and offer other additional services. Benefit from personalised support and other value-added services, including marketing.

C4B Gold Partner

C4B Certified Gold Partner are well-versed in the use of all aspects of XPhone Unified Communications technology, they provide their customers with support from project planning through start-up and much more. Their sales activities are organised in a supra-regional manner. Benefit from personal consulting and extensive support in the pre- and after-sales phases.

Technical support for retail customers

  • 1st level support: Initially, C4B partners provide end customers with support. 1st level support comprises aspects on XPhone solutions and operation of products.
  • 2nd level support: 2nd level support comprises questions relating to installation, configuration and administration of XPhone solutions. As of Silver status, partners provide their customers with support. The generation of error protocols – possibly as a prerequisite for further escalation of the support incident – is the responsibility of the partner. Select Partners receive 2nd level support from the distributor via whom they bought their XPhone solutions.
  • 3rd level support: If the partner is unable to solve the support incident and has generated an error protocol, he can contact the support team at C4B for assistance in error analysis and troubleshooting.

Who can become a C4B partner?

The C4B Partner Programme is intended for specialist retailers, distributors and solution providers who sell communication solutions, PBX platforms and/or PBX-related services and software. If you are a system integrator or wish to combine your software with our solutions, please check out our range for Solution Partners.

What advantages does membership offer?

As a C4B partner, you will benefit from special discounts, extended payment targets and numerous value-added services in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Technical Service. Read more in the overview of services.

Is membership subject to a charge?

We want your customers to be satisfied with you and our solutions. That's why C4B dispenses with membership fees and relies on an extensive range of training offers instead.

What partner level is the right one for me?

The appropriate partner level depends on a variety of factors, e.g. the company's range, knowledge concerning XPhone solutions and sales. An initial overview of the various partner levels is provided in the C4B partner flyer. But it goes without saying that you don't need to find the appropriate level – we’ll handle that for you!

What services is a partner obliged to provide?

There are various conditions and requirements depending on the partner level. Sales targets are fair and realistic. More information is available here.

What happens once I've completed the application form?

Your details are read and analysed. This can take a few days. In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to clarify the next steps to be taken.


Once we are accredited, are all of the subsidiaries of my company automatically included in the partner programme?

Yes, once-off qualification is sufficient to safeguard the advantages such as the special discount. Each of your subsidiaries can however register separately in order to receive a Welcome Package, for example.


How do we gain access to the C4B partner extranet?

Each of your employees receives personal access which is requested from C4B.
