One Number feature

Use the One Number feature to make calls from your mobile via your company's PBX. Your office number is only ever shown on your caller's display.

Callback

Use the Callback function to contact the respective person by receiving a callback from your company's PBX. No costs are incurred on your mobile. This feature is ideal for mobile phone calls abroad or when integrating personal mobile phones.

See team members' presence status

Know who is available: in real time, you can see which of your team members are available and who is currently on the phone or in a meeting etc.

Access to company address book

One Voicemail feature

Redirect your mobile phone mailbox to your voicemail box at work. With the result that you only use one voicemail system with professional greetings of studio quality and no longer need to waste time worrying about how callers are greeted. Inbound voice messages can be easily delivered by e-mail or listened to conventionally on your office or mobile phone. If you wish, you can receive notification of new voice messages by text message.

Application runs invisibly in the background

XPhone UC Mobile is invisible for you. The application works for you in the background. You don't see a new interface nor do you need to change your telephony habits.

Cost control

You can specify whether the software is always active or deactivated automatically when you are abroad to prevent any expensive roaming fees from being incurred.

Data protection

Access to the mobile is easily locked. Confidential data is therefore protected even if the mobile phone is lost or stolen.

Caller ID

A pop-up on your mobile phone display presents all of the important caller data, even if no company contacts are stored on your handset - just like on your PC. Since your mobile phone communicates with the XPhone UC server, the data is always up to date.

Scheduling

XPhone UC Mobile supports a schedule which can be set on the device. The Mobile Control function is activated or deactivated in a time-controlled manner, e.g. during or outside general hours of business.

Safe connection

The XPhone UC server and mobile devices are connected via an encrypted connection which is always set up via the mobile.

Automatic installation and configuration

You will receive a text message with a download link for installing the XPhone UC Mobile software. Client software is configured automatically (OTA - Over The Air).

Parallel ringing

Benefit from parallel ringing with XPhone UC Mobile. You can have both your landline and mobile phones ring when receiving a call. The XPhone UC server identifies the caller and notifies you via a pop-up on your PC and smartphone.

Battery management

XPhone UC Mobile uses a range of measures to keep energy consumption as low as possible. Accordingly, the software deactivates automatically when the battery is low.
