XPhone UC Auto Attendant 2011 is an automatic greeting and communication system representing your organisation in the form of professional greetings of high audio quality, noticeably relieving the strain on your switchboard while simultaneously improving service for your callers.
XPhone UC Auto Attendant 2011 can be used as a stand-alone solution or in combination with additional XPhone UC components. The Auto Attendant even augments your XPhone voicemail system. Greeting elements in your Auto Attendant can be made available simultaneously to all employees for their personal voicemail boxes, thereby enabling multi-lingual greetings on your colleagues' personal voicemail boxes.
Inform your callers of your hours of business. Greetings are activated automatically - on the basis of time profiles which you can configure. This means that you can not only greet your callers in various manners depending on the time (e.g. "Good morning ...", "Good evening ...") but also decide whether your callers should be able to leave a message, for example, which is automatically sent to you by e-mail.
Use date-controlled greetings to specify in advance whether your callers are to be welcomed with special greetings on the day of your company's event, on regional public holidays or even at Christmas, for example. Integrated communication features enable you to redirect callers calling a hotline on such days to a special emergency number.
Perfect service - even with international partners. Thanks to automatic analysis of the national code, you can activate individual greetings in the caller's respective language. On request, callers are then forwarded to an extension to be specified by you.
Offer your callers the possibility to choose between various activities (e.g. "Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service ..."). Up to 20 Auto Attendants take your calls in parallel. The number of calls is merely restricted by the number of channels availed of by your PBX as well as the licensed XPhone B-channels (ISDN) or XPhone IP-channels. The available recording capacity for inbound messages is practically unlimited, the only restriction being the available hard drive memory.
