XPhone UC Auto Attendant 2011 - The virtual switchboard
The new solution offered by the XPhone family enables businesses to present themselves swiftly and easily using professional greetings of high quality, relieving their switchboards and improving service for callers. The Auto Attendant extends XPhone voicemail systems, ideally supplementing the transfer and group/ACD functions of existing PBX systems to include a wide variety of possibilities. Use as a stand-alone application is also possible.

XPhone Virtual Directory 2011 now offers even more possibilities for using existing contact data in third-party systems. XPhone Virtual Directory 2011 performance has been significantly improved and SSL-coded access is also now available via LDAPS.

The service releases are now available and can be downloaded via the C4B Web site. Orders received as of 15.03.2011 will be automatically shipped with the new software version.
